    I came in today to return a brand-new, unopened set of brake pads that I purchased about 3 weeks ago. I explained to multiple CSR’s that I don’t always provide a phone number when buying because my work requires me to change numbers often. We tried several numbers that pulled up past purchases — just not these brakes. A CSR who recognizes me from my many visits (and has helped me with battery issues before) also tried to assist. Still, I kept being told there was “nothing they could do.” There is ONE employee who always provides excellent customer service — the white gentleman with the red beard and Advance Auto cap. He is the only reason I continue coming here. Unfortunately, some of the others treated me like I was trying to steal something rather than return a valid purchase. The Commercial Manager, Esteban, came over with an unprofessional attitude from the start. We pulled up the official company policy on the store computer — and it clearly states that if the purchase was within 45 days and the item is in new condition, a merchandise credit can be issued without a receipt. Even while reading that wording, he still refused to honor the policy. Right before placing the brake pads on the counter, we tried one last phone number I barely remembered — and it successfully pulled up the transaction. I placed the heavy brake pads on the counter (the counter shook slightly), and I said, “Just give me my refund — I don’t want anything from here.” At that point, Esteban accused me of “slamming” the item and threatened to call the police. Completely unnecessary escalation. I asked for the corporate number and management info. I was told the store manager, Alan Castillo, had already left early for the day. This entire situation could have been solved easily with proper policy knowledge and basic respect. Management really needs to provide better training for their team — especially the Commercial Manager — to prevent future customers from going through the same thing

    I stopped in on the off chance that I could borrow a few tools to work on my motorcycle. Ryan and Andrew were more than happy to help, had some helpful suggestions and I would have been stranded without them. Thank you, Gents!

    Highly recommend this place! Andrew was amazing, very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He took the time to clearly explain what was wrong with my vehicle and went over the recommended repairs in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated how thorough and transparent he was throughout the process. Excellent customer service and quality work. Definitely coming back!

    I came in yesterday at 8:50p because my car battery died. I am so grateful for David helping me out - get this man a raise!!! He was so knowledgeable about the different types of batteries and let me know that the old battery I had was not the correct one. He got me the right battery and even went above and beyond to clean the battery acid off before putting on the new one. The customer service was top tier! I will be back for all of my car needs!! Thanks David!!
