- LGLeslie GreenSep 2, 20245.0I am so grateful for David (my tow truck driver), and Atex Towing, especially after being stuck on the side of the hwy for 2hrs before my roadside could find anyone to come get me. Once Atex was called, David got to me quickly, he was polite, and super nice! I needed a tow because the EV I had rented wasn’t taking a charge & was totally dead, so he took me to the rental car service center as requested, but didn’t just dump us off and head to the next job. He made sure that I was: safe, that my car was charging, and that I’d be back on the road soon. David went above & beyond, and if all their drivers are like him……I’m having their business card laminated…..maybe even tattoo their number on my arm!

I'm sitting with my rep trying to find out if my vehicle is still in the yard per insurance not giving me info and this sorry case of a human tells him that I SHOULD KNOW! LIKE HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT COST YOU TO TAKE A DAMN LOOK AND BE ON YOUR WAY. Absolute dumpster trash excuse of a business. Way to abuse your power by not giving information so you can rob people of an extra dollar. This business is clearly hungry and in need of money. Do not recommend. STAY AWAY. They have a sorry, bitter human answering the phones. Enjoy the money leaches.
