- LKL.Dwayne KureckaMar 21, 20261.04/8/26. Still have not refunded me the $275.36 paid to Brakes Plus. I would avoid using this shop !!! DO NOT GO HERE for Brake Pads ! Totally botched the job on my truck. Resulted in ABS failures while an hour from home. Had it towed to dealer who said it was all caused by them not correctly doing the brake pad install. Dealer sent me a video to show why it caused it I talked to Eric Wall in corporate. He reimbursed me for the dealer expense but refused to credit me the money paid to Brakes plus, in return for leaving me stranded for 5 hours, paying for a tow bill and left without a vehicle for 6 days because of their work on my brakes. Guess that $270 is worth more than a customer safety and “making things right” when they screw up a simple job !

- AMAddy MedernachMar 9, 20261.0AVOID THIS SHOP! I have spent $2,100 here in two months and my car is still not safe to drive. I originally paid $1,400 for new brakes, only to return a month later for a $700 brake fluid leak repair. One week after that, my parking brake seized and wouldn't release. Despite a tow truck driver confirming the failure, the shop claimed they "couldn't find anything wrong," yet simultaneously tried to upsell me on unrelated repairs. The moment I got the car home, the parking brake stuck again. This is my work vehicle and my livelihood; their inability to stand behind their work has been financially devastating. Extremely unprofessional and predatory. To Juan and your whole team, please do better.
