  Lia stated that she could check me out. She then proceeded to help her co-worker and ignore me. I checked myself out. Overall very disappointing experience.

  Darn good experience despite being relatively busy/short-staffed (multiple interviews going on), still pretty quick all things considered Huge shout out to Ali A. , Not only did he teach me exactly how to change out the batteries, he also found the real issue plaguing my car (the terminals got some issues) and was extremely resourceful with fixing it. I cannot thank him enough, even if it may have been a relatively simple issue 🙏 Absolute professionals

  This place and service they provided is awesome I am disabled I need to take out my sticks and walk Challenge to walk on smooth surfaces. I parked my car and looking for help, the staff with red shirt with logo who is working out side observed me and walk towards the car himself and helped me to fix the battery change to my crv key remote with in no time, and he doesn’t charge nothing.. even when I offered also he rejected saying it’s a simple fix.it means a lot to me that day.. loved their hospitality, humanity and humble behavior, professional ethics- Great Job
