  The staff at this AutoZone were rude and condescending, and the overall customer service was disappointing. When I attempted to exchange an item, I was accused of having already used it, which was frustrating and unprofessional. Fortunately, I was able to resolve the issue at another location. While AutoZone generally offers great service, this was the worst experience I’ve had at any of their stores.

  Absolutely terrible experience with this AutoZone location on Riverside. We parked in what is a HUGE shared parking lot with multiple businesses just to quickly eat nearby. There were no visible signs anywhere saying parking was restricted or that vehicles would be towed for leaving the premises. We walked across the street to Emo’s and came back before 10 PM—only to find our car gone. Completely shocking. We immediately started asking around, including inside AutoZone, and while the employees were polite, they acted like this happens all the time… yet somehow had “no idea” who towed the car or how to help. That alone is a huge red flag. An AutoZone employee even walked the entire parking lot with us, and we could not find a single clear tow-away sign. The ONLY signage posted said not to work on vehicles in the parking lot—nothing about towing or leaving the property. After nearly an hour of searching and stressing, we finally tracked down someone from the towing company. $334 later, we got our car back. And surprise—AutoZone was the one who authorized the tow. So let me get this straight: no clear signage, employees admitting it happens often, acting clueless, and yet they’re the ones approving these tows? That’s incredibly shady and feels straight-up predatory. I will absolutely never return to this location and would strongly warn others to avoid parking here unless you want to risk getting your car towed with zero warning.

  This Autozone supports a predatory towing company CPE, and had my car towed, without any towing signs visible in the vicinity. When I initially spoke to staff and management, they acted like they didn't know why it was going on there. It wasn't until I got the paperwork for the tow that I saw Autozone was the authority that made it happen. Avoid this location, you might be towed as well. Edited to add the pictures of the only obvious signs in the parking lot where I was, on the light posts.

  You know I go to a lot of AutoZone but this one right here there's a guy in here named Augustine the most polite helpful courteous AutoZone employee that I experience this company needs to send him on a cruise he's awesome
