  Huge thank you to Josh who was working this late afternoon on 3/28! I was having difficulty finding the right windshield wipers for my car and he kindly asked if I needed help. After finding the right ones and helping me purchase them, he then asked if I needed help putting them on. In fact, not only did I need help putting them on, I was desperately hoping he would ask. He kindly replaced all of the wipers (while watching him, it reaffirmed my initial feeling that there was truly no way I could have done it myself) and he was so kind and wonderful during the whole process. Josh, I’ll never forget your help and kindness. You deserve a bonus and a raise from AutoZone!! I wish you all the best!!

  I had a really exceptional experience with Michael at the AutoZone on E 7th St! I came in immediately after damaging my side mirror by crashing into a tree 😭 and wasn’t totally sure what I needed to do. Michael took the time to help me figure it out and ended up fixing it for me. He was super patient and genuinely seemed like he wanted to help rather than just get me out the door. He made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel easy and manageable. Really appreciate the help—AutoZone is lucky to have him!

  I asked some specific questions but bc I'm not an auto expert I got laughed at by Mike, tall guy in a grey shirt on Sunday March 15th at 1pm. Maybe it was bc I am a woman. Either way, simple questions and when I pointed out that he laughed and scoffed at me he said he didn't.
