- EGElber Galarga2 days ago1.0One of the, what I am assuming is a manager, named Michael, has been rude/aggressive more than once when I've been in this shop. I've witnessed him be verbally aggressive towards not only the other employees but some customers as well. I imagine he's further up the hierarchy since every time he's come out from the back, usually yelling or chasing a customer while still berating them. It is beyond me how such a person could not only be in management but also still be employed. While he does at times appear to be level headed, by the way the other employees(including the store manager)try to avoid him, I can only surmise that they fear him. With such a hostile environment, I understand why they have such a high personnel turnover.

I initially purchased the wrong battery size, but he promptly and kindly exchanged it for the correct one and handled the installation himself. Even with only two employees in the store, he completed the service efficiently and with impressive professionalism. If you’re visiting an AutoZone in Austin, I highly recommend this location.
