We had to get a battery replaced, and Davis made the process extremely smooth, and I trusted his advice completely. I can tell he is a genuinely good person who wants to do right by customers, and I hope someone from upper management sees this review, because his attitude is what build long term relationships with customers, and I will always go to Advanced Auto from now on because of his excellent customer service skills and customer first attitude.

Now there were delays in world pac however the filter arrived in plenty of time for our store to receive the filter by 12:15. Unfortunately, it’s 12:33 and the driver that was told to come straight to my store. We close at 1pm; never did. He chose to go his own path and his own way against the direction of the comercial manager. Having parts delivered in a timely manner is important to my company.

Typically a car battery will last 2-5 years, with premium batteries lasting 5-6 years. But you should replace it every 4 years for safe measures if you want to avoid any unwanted problems.
What are the signs of a bad car battery?
Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
