  Everyone was kind and offered an upgrade to an SUV since I have horrible anxiety driving a car. My personal vehicle is an Xterra. They offered pickup and drop off at the collision repair center.

  This location has worse customer service than most fast food restaurants. Tried booking a rental at this location via the website and the website crashed about halfway through. But a regular SUV and premium SUV were available. After a few tries, we decided to call the location and try to do a rental over the phone- after speaking to someone that said they had SUVs available as well as a truck! Was placed on hold for a few minutes and then the call dropped and we were hung up on. After this, we decided to just drive over to the location since it was 10 mins away. We walked into the doors while three associates were working behind the desk and Jordan greeted us. She asked if we were picking up a reservation and we explained her our situation, and that we had a corporate account the rental would be picked under and if they had any SUVs or trucks available. She then proceeded to tell us they had nothing available and that we were out of luck for getting any rental! I re-emphasized, “so you have no vehicles at all available?” and she said there is not a single car available for rent. She did not make an effort to accommodate us, get another vehicle from another location, or even call another location to see if something was available! The only solace she offered was their next availability was next week… None of the other associates stepped in to help us either or offer any advice. This location is either too busy to take care of their customers appropriately or needs the training manual thrown at them for customer service. Maybe their coworkers at their sister location in Little Elm can give them some training and pointers!

  Enterprise Rent-A-Car really dropped the ball here. I had a parking lot incident and my insurance company booked a rental for me at this location. I show up and they tell me “no cars available.” Okay. So I’m literally standing there and I go online and book the SAME location, SAME date, SAME time. Reservation confirmed instantly. I walk back in with my confirmation number. They ask for my name. The second they see I already had an insurance reservation under my name, suddenly it’s “no cars available.” So cars exist when I book directly… but disappear when it’s through insurance? Make it make sense. It honestly felt like insurance customers are treated like second-class bookings. Instead of being upfront, they played the “no availability” game. On top of that, the staff was rude and dismissive — zero empathy, zero effort to help. I was already dealing with an accident. The last thing I needed was attitude and nonsense. If you’re going through insurance, be prepared to be treated like you’re asking for a favor instead of using a service. Do better, Enterprise.

  I came to this location with a long term rental I'd been looking to swap out for weeks. Frisco (Preston) kept giving me the run around about "limited inventory". I called this Aubrey location and spoke to Jaylen and he was able to set me right up with a better vehicle for my child's large carseat. His customer service skills over the phone and in person were superb and his happy friendly demeanor was much appreciated after all my inconveniences with Frisco. I am so pleased with my experience today! Thank you Jaylen and Enterprise @ Aubrey!
