They recommended what I needed -- and the repairs that would save me money in the future -- versus recommending everything that could make them money regardless of what I needed..I was there most of the day because I needed several things (and it took time to get the alignment machine to work with my car's smaller wheels) but overall I'd say it was a decent experience. Would recommend.

I returned it to the location that serviced it originally, only to be told that it was tire shine from getting my car detailed that’s caused the squealing and that it should go away. Fast forward 3 weeks later, no car detail and the squealing noise still continued. I brought my car to the this location, in under 30 mins, they had my car in the back, tires off and diagnosed the problem. They fixed and replaced everything under warranty! Besides being knowledgeable and keeping me informed about everything that was going on, the staff was welcoming and friendly throughout the duration of getting my car serviced.

I also like that they weren't pushy or aggressively trying to sell us products or services. Price for our brakes and rotors were within reason compared to other locations I looked up. Customer service was top tier from Steven and the new guy that he was training. Steven was also very kind to my kids and the new guy came by and offered us water and coffee. You could that tell the overall the morale of this location is really good. I even overheard another employee talking to a vendor and he was explaining the importance of having integrity and being honest. How often do you hear that from a business? Whoever is running this location and in charge of hiring is doing a good job. Overall would recommend and will return.
