I go in, im looking , so i ask the white gentlemen with brown hair were i could find 10mm nuts and explained what i was trying to do . I must have interrupted his smoke time because i dont even think he knew he was at work. So i get the 10mm nuts , go up to a heavy set black man . Get run up paid cash . Leave with some of the worst attempted at customer service . Get home......nuts dont fit. Some the next morning less than 24 hours i walk back up to autozone. Thinking i had the receipt with me . I know yall here this all the time but I guess I dropped it between my house and autozone. Those nuts cost 6 bucks at the most . Im not worried about the 6 bucks, yes I could use it . But im more concerned with the fact that those employees were trying to say I tool them . If I was gonna take something it would be 5 nuts . Idk who to speak with but id like for someone to review that tape and see that I did pay. As of now I nor any one in my family and if I can help it anyone that will listen to boycott your store.
