  I had a wonderful experience probably for the first time with Enterprise I don't rent vehicles very often but this was a critical need due to my main vehicle breaking down it was smooth and instructions were very clear on what documents I needed to have and they put me in a brand new 2026 Jeep compass

  Enterprise made it so easy for me to rent a car on a very short notice. My car was at the mechanic shop and there was no issues whatsoever with extending my rental. The staff was very helpful, very communicable, and pleasant. It was a very positive experience and if I ever need to rent another vehicle, it will definitely be from Enterprise.

  First off, I did my reservation online & requested a mid-sized SUV; when I get there to pick it up, I was told all they had available was a Mitsubishi Mirage. However, there was a Ford Escape or similar sitting in the front, so I inquired whether it was a rental, or someone's personal vehicle. I was told it was indeed a rental, but unfortunately it needed an oil change, so therefore, it wasn't available. I'm sorry, but they didn't even ask if I would be willing to wait for the oil c to be completed. I do NOT like cars because I am disabled & they are hard for me to get in & out of, which is WHY I didn't reserve a car in the first place. Secondly, I'm not sure WHY the $300 deposit is immediately taken out, instead of waiting to see if there is any damage upon returning; then, I also returned the car in a day earlier than I originally reserved it for AND with more gas than what it had when I picked it up; however, they are stating they have credited the deposit and extra day back, but I have yet to receive the funds back into my account, nor are they "pending" to be reimbursed into my account (debit card). I find it "funny" that they don't have a problem getting the money immediately, but the credit isn't issued back immediately. They stated it's up to my financial institution for the credit, but my financial institution is really good about crediting stuff back quickly, and not several days later. I wasn't expecting the $300 to come out of my account until the car was returned and I think it's wrong for it to be taken out before the rental is returned! This isn't the first time that we have reserved a particular vehicle at this location and then been given something else when we arrive, because what we reserved, isn't available. If it's not available, it should be noted on the website!

  I ran to my bank to make a physical deposit because they don't accept cash or cash app cards. I return for them to tell me they can only accept my card if I have 2 utility bills printed or a credit card that can handle almost $500 Leaving empty-handed again with a sour taste. They could have mentioned BEFORE I left that I would need extra stuff

  My wife reserved a rental 4 days in advance. The lady informed my wife that if the car she reserved was not available they would give her a different car at no extra cost. Well 4 days later my wife goes to pick up the car and they inform her that the car had recalls and it is no longer available. My wife then asked about getting another car and then was told that none are available due to oil changes being made and new tires being put on. The rep told my wife that they are trying to locate a car for her in Tyler or Palestine. I told my wife sounds like she is getting the run around so just forget about doing business with that location. I found my wife a rental in Mabank. I guess the ladies get a full day of TikTok and Facebook since no rentals are available. SMH
