    I went here for an oil change and was extremely impressed with the service the techs Caitlin and Jacob were knowledgeable, very personable and it was evident they truly enjoy what they do. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

    I was told my service would take anywhere from 1 to 2 hours so I decided to just wait there. After 2 hours I had to go ask for an update and was told only 20-30 min more. After another hour I went to ask for another update and was told it works be another 20-30 min. It ended up being 4 hours. I wouldn’t mind if I was just told it’d be 3-4 hours from the beginning since parts were apparently coming from Tyler or if the employees would’ve updated me without me having to ask. Then I wouldn’t have waited there. I wasted 4 hours sitting at Grease Monkey 2 days before Christmas because they kept telling me just 20-30 more min. It was extremely frustrating. It’s better to tell someone a longer wait time and be done early.
