  The crew today in Athens at 503 E Tyler Street was great. Thank you to each of them! Jay Mathis was exceptional! He went above and beyond by purchasing windshield wipers out of his own pocket on my behalf. He is a kind and generous young man that needs to be recognized and promoted! Thank you.

  Satisfied with service. Only complaint that I have is that when I was cashing out (but before I paid) I remembered I had a coupon and asked if it was too late to use it; and I was told it was too late instead of the staff doing what was needed to add the coupon.

  Appreciate the swift and courteous service by Casey. He was very thoughtful about going over maintenance recommendations they offer. Kaitlyn was also kind and considerate to offer tire pressure adjustment. Appreciate the work Marv done so I could sit in my vehicle and have an oil change done without leaving my seat. Thank Y'all.

  Went in for an alignment, was there for about an hour and paid $105. The report states “One or more values are not within specification. Tire wear, handling and safety problems may result. Additionally, the steering wheel is currently not level, toe adjustments are required.” I’m not sure what exactly I paid for if the alignment which was performed still reads as misaligned. Perhaps it was a quick $105 for the business.
