I get a call at 1030 the day of pick up saying they do not have a rental available and would have one around 4pm. Fast forward and still nothing that day. I called back the 18th and asked what the status was cause this was insane and ridiculous. They had a tiny economy car that was turned in. I reserved a mid size but got a tiny toy car. Nothing was even done for the hassle. No discount for being a day late on a reserved car or for having to rent a car that wasnt even the one I reserved. Horrible experience. Worst experience ever. I would never use this place for a rental again
