However he told me to contact him the following business day i.e. Monday via email or call, not to mention he didn't inform me that he would be out for a whole week. I followed up with him email and didn't get a response. I called to speak with him in specific, I was told by Melanie that Ethan Monsivais is out on vacation for the rest of the week. Im highly disappointed with Enterprise, and the employee Ethan Monsivais at this location in specific. The rental that was given to me smelled like mildew!! I more than likely will NOT be renting from Enterprise, especially the Athens Tx location in the future. The customer service is poor and Ethan simulating that he would be available the following business day really left a distinctive taste with me about Enterprise.

They worked with my attorney directly, so I could get a car immediately. I was pretty desperate, being suddenly left without wheels! They fixed me right up! No hassles and no long waits on hold. They worked together to make it feel seamless and I am so grateful! I want to send a special shout out to Rainie, who I worked with the most. She is a gem in customer service. Warm, friendly and ANSWERS THE PHONE and your questions. If she can't answer, she will find someone who will and get your rental handled and get you on the road again as quickly as possible Thank you ALL for doing your job so well. Losing your ride is something you never expect nor can prepare for. Thank you for making a tough situation much easier on myself and busy family!
