Tried to cancel, but apparently I was too late , and won’t be refunded because of terms and conditions. Shame that you don’t work with your customers, even if they said they forgot to cancel by mistake. Now I wasted $36 for a wash that I can’t even go to because it’s too far and I’m leasing a car and paying for miles .

They found my gas tank cover in the carwash tunnel and they DECLINED to fix it!!!! JAMES who is over the carwash claims is rude and will make every excuse why they will not fix your vehicle. Now instead of doing the right thing we have to get our insurance to go after them!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS CARWASH!!!!

One of the main reasons I joined was because the company proudly represented itself as a Christian-based business — something that drew me in and made me proud to support them. However, this week I was very disappointed to see the “Tunnel of Terror” Halloween event. The wash was closed early for members, and the tunnel was turned into a haunted attraction where employees jumped at cars and even hit or slapped vehicles to scare guests. I personally don’t find this appropriate — not only because I don’t want anyone hitting my new vehicle, but also because it goes against what God’s Word teaches about celebrating darkness and fear. Scripture reminds us: “Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them.” — Ephesians 5:11 “Do not learn the ways of the nations… for the customs of the people are worthless.” — Jeremiah 10:2-3 “What fellowship can light have with darkness?” — 2 Corinthians 6:14 As believers, we are called to shine light, not to celebrate what glorifies fear or darkness. I hope Tommy’s will reconsider this kind of event in the future and return to the values that once made them stand out — faith, family, and integrity. — A loyal Christian member who cares
