Everyone else was pretty helpful and the process itself was fast.

They claimed to have tested the battery; however, I personally watched them working on it in the bay, and they left my accessories running, which drained the battery. I went to get a second opinion from both AutoZone and NAPA (where I purchased my battery), and it passed testing at both locations. Additionally, they forgot to place my oil change sticker on the window. The service was not completed in 15 minutes as advertised — the process was very slow. Overall, I’m not satisfied with the service I received.
