  Knowledgeable about mechanics. The tools you'll need, and sometimes if you catch the right person, they'll help you to save too. They'll tell you what deals they have for what you are needing

  I had the pleasure of getting help from Laura. She gave me the perfect solution to a locked lug on my flat tire. She absolutely has excellent customer service skills! She went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed to get the job done. My tire was off in 20 mins! Had Laura not given me EXACTLY what I needed, that 20 min issue would have turned into a ALL DAY issue. Thanks again Laura!

  This is my second time visiting this AutoZone store. Each visit has been pleasant, the customer service and ready to help attitude makes the longer trip to this location worth it. The pulley a.k.a. car belt for my tractor and Brandon was super helpful in getting me what I need as well as calling another store to make sure they have the item I needed and took care of all the finances at the same time.All I had to do is pick up the item at the nearest store..

  Store manager Amanda is the very best! She was so the first person to greet me as I entered the store. As I browsed the aisles looking for items I needed, she made sure to help me find everything I was looking for, and also offered suggestions and assurances on parts and tools. Her store is now my preferred!
