    Nothing is consistent between the Zip's locations. I have a membership for the top level wash. Pulled in, the gate opened and i proceeded towards the wash. I was being directed in and another gentleman ran over, said something to the attendant who came over and told me I needed to back up. There was already a line of cars behind me and he made all of them back up as well. Not knowing what the problem was, I called the attendant back over and he told me that I couldn't go thru, that my tires were too wide. These are factory tires, and I told him that I just went through a few days earlier. He told me that if I went through, it would cause $30,000 in damage to their equipment. Once again I explained I had just been through a few days ago and he stated that they have changed equipment. He told me that the Mansfield location would still be able to handle my vehicle. I ask what good is a membership that allows to visit any location when, only the Mansfield location ( which by the way, I have been there, and most of the time, some of their brushes are not even working) can handle my vehicle. His response was for me to cancel my membership. Customer service at its finest!

    Little Road Zips has a wonderful girl there named Bethany. She always treats me like I'm very important and she sees to it that I always get a good car wash and I'm happy.

    UPDATE!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE: Im seeking a refund after the car wash malfunctioned internally on the tracks causing 2 vehicles to hit me. They have infuriated me already by denying any of this and refusing to take responsibility. I have already left several 1 star or less reviews and the business already has 550 BBB claims against them. The very LEAST you can do is give me my $20 back after the damages and trauma I received by going to your carwash. I also was a member, I canceled that and I am no longer giving my business to you. Several of my friends and family members are also zips customers and I have explained to them what happened and the fact that nothing was done for me. They also will be leaving reviews and emails within the company. But im sure you're not worried, as this isn't the first time for you to receive these complaints. The Arlington location on Little Rd in TX is ATROCIOUS. They are disrespectful and they do not care about their customer or the customers personal belongings. They are unequipped to handle emergencies and caused trauma to myself and 3 others. This damage cannot be undone. 2 people had their front end ripped off of their vehicles at the same time as me!!! due to IMPROPER track maintenance and NEGELCT! THEN I was yelled at by the employee bevause he said i had an attitude and it wasnt his fault. He had to be maybe 18 and wasnt capable of deescalation or any help. This is completely unacceptable and I am appaled that a business is being run so improperly for so long. At the very LEAST!!!! the $20 refund should be given!!!!!! The manager said sorry you can file a claim or nothing. WHAT Kind of business are you running here ???? *Today I went thru and the whole thing malfunctioned, causing a 3 car pile up inside the actual car wash. We were all honking our horns as the car wash was pinging us all into each other and throwing us backwards into another vehicle. They also told us they would file a claim or do nothing but we couldn't get our money back for the car wash Im very disappointed with this company and how the situation was handled. At first a young guy got upset that we were unhappy this occurred and he got defensive, once they put him inside we had someone assist with filing a claim. Definitely not good business practices
