  Since 2018 I have done over 5 vehicles here. I recently went there (last Saturday) and I asked if I could get a discount as a loyal customer. The manager, very lousy guy, told me not to worry that he'd surely give me a DISCOUNT. I even asked if I could use Groupon, he said he won't honor that on that day, but two people right in my presence came with Groupon wish was half of what I was paying (same class of tint). I was not really mad about the Groupon thing, however, what infuriated me was that he promised he'd give me a discount. I believed him. As they were rounding off the job, he asked for my card then I found that I was charged the same amount I was originally quoted with no discount at all. When I asked why I didn't get any discount as promised, he was chuckling like an evil person saying I already had a discount with the original amount (that's ANOTHER LIE because I had called days earlier on phone, they quoted same amount to me as what they eventually charged, hence no discount applied as a result of me asking). That was very deceptive and I won't be returning there anymore. I perfectly understand that they're not obligated to give me a discount. However, it's wrong to make a promise, especially when you had said I couldn't use a Groupon there (despite the fact that right there in my presence two people did a walk in with Groupon). I showed him the receipts of other vehicles I had done there, so that he'd know I wasn't just making it up. Sometimes, it's not just about the money. You need to consider loyal clients. Some loyal clients aren't keeping you because they think you're better, some might have just been used to your service, perhaps they had lived closer before. I actually drove all the way from Far North Fort Worth to Arlington because I was trying to be loyal client. I was ready to pay the full amount regardless since I drove that far. However, I'd have appreciated him saying no than be deceptive, agreeing he'd discount it for me. Be a better human being sir. Reputation matters!!!

  Great customer service and price. They took us right away, and I’m pleased with their timeliness and product. I would recommend this service if you want quality tint with a lifetime warranty!

  Rude, and very disrespectful to women I wouldn't recommend doing business with these guys take your hard earn money elsewhere.
