  Had a surprise razor blade in my wife’s car tire when she got home from work Kishawn got us in quickly and took care of our car with a patch and noticed our brake pads were getting close to needing to be replaced Laid back guy that is looking out for you, not pushy at all I’d recommend coming here if you’re in need of service

  I tried hard to work with these people and the only thing I asked was to fix my car ,I had shocks put on and struts they were not even equiped to do any of the work found out none of them are certified to do anything close to that kind of work...more less shade tree guys my car is so screwed up they didn't fix the problem actually created another problem because the car was not hoisted properly bolts broken off and the problem is still there.im not one to bash a company but this company is worth every period and every comma they cant do the work its that simple do yourself a favor and find people who can do the work.peoperly and have tools .....Retired Navy.

  It has been too long since I've gotten stellar service anywhere since Covid! Kishawn and Adreanna took things to the next level for me. I came in at the end of the day and was met with smiling faces and care. Not to mention Adreanna staying on the phone with me for 20 minutes making sure we could find my tires for same day install. Kishawn walked me through the diagnosis of an issue that was missed by a company that worked on my vehicle just recently. This location gained a customer for life. Thanks again for carrying yourselves with integrity and strong service mindset.

  Kishawn and Adreanna went over and beyond for me when I came in needing multiple services done from breaks and oil change they are both very very very knowledgeable in everything concerning cars I felt beyond comfortable with them , the customer service was impeccable vey friendly and hospitable management I will definitely recommend this location to anyone I know I went to the location off I20 once again thank you thank you,

  I was at the Arlington, TX location this morning at 802 W Interstate 20. It was a fantastic experience, primarily because of the manager (?) KiShawn. He was knowledgeable, professional, and a delight to do business with. He is an exceptional example of the type of individual I hope to encounter at any business.
