  Customer service experience with Darnell P took what should have been a pleasant 15 min interaction and made it one of the worst I’ve ever had at Jiffy Lube. He had a since of entitlement that made me feel horrible and wishing I could get a refund. I came in feeling excited because I had a coupon and knew it was going to be quick. While he was not the person servicing my car he was the rude person that offered me an extra service that i politely declined and the one who checked me out. I watched him and others make fun of the young man doing the work saying “remember righty tighty lefty loose “. That didn’t give me confidence that what the young man was doing was correct. Then I watched him correct his team about getting oil on some plastic that was laying down in front of my car because it can cause corrosion. Once done he walks up and say 108 dollars and I respond with I don’t know what kind of oil was used before I pay. Which he comes back and said the same kind you had before. Usually I’m asked before they do it or I’m given a run down of everything done or checked over. He was more concerned about the checkout so he didn’t bother. Lastly, he handed me the sticker that goes in the window for me to put it in myself ( which other locations have done for me but no big deal) . It was not staying up , so I asked for another one he was agitated and did not want to give me another simple sticker and proceeds to then try himself. I told him I’ve tried cleaning the windshield and using my nail. He then asked me how many miles are on the car when to my knowledge that’s information in the system that you’re about to print one off from or you have access too since you printed the first one without asking. I will not be back to this location and would not recommend anyone else to this location. **Excuse any grammatical errors as I’m trying to calmly type this.

  Whenever I have gone in for an oil change for my car, I have been treated with respect, kindness, and professionalism. Although my english is not good enough, they have never made me feel bad, on the contrary, they hace helped me.

  Terrible experience. Basic oil change took 42 minutes and cost $30 more than my emailed estimate... and the technician removed 9 pounds of air pressure from each tire "because that's what it says online". I can only hope Jiffy Lube management will retrain technicians to read the tire.

  Hatch and all of the staff made my experience Wonderful! Previously, I had been going to the Cadillac dealership where I had purchased my car. After waiting 2+ hours and not having the customer service that I expected I moved over to Jiffy Lube. I am so pleased and my only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner.

  I went to the normal routine of getting my oil changed today, 03/14/26. I’ve been taking my car to this location for a few years now, and the service is always reliable and smooth. What I didn’t expect on this visit was for my car to not start after my oil was changed. They tested my battery and found that the charge was extremely low. I needed a jumpstart. Bryan, Logan, and Austin were incredibly patient and helpful throughout the situation. My car wouldn’t start with a portable jumper so they used a vehicle to help jumpstart my car. I really appreciated how patient they were. They never made me feel like a bother, they really went up and beyond for me. I so grateful for their help. Thank you all so much. I will continue to be a loyal customer.
