I've been to Hiley twice for service over the two plus years I've had my car, both times the staff was friendly and kind. The costs were industry standard and have come in below what they originally estimated. If I lived closer I'd have come more often for regular maintenance, but that may change since I now work in the area.
...and shout to David for getting me a last minute loaner to take care of business when time went longer than expected for my recent service.

Great, great great! Such wonderful customer service, Rocky my sales guy knew all there was to know and answered all my questions. The finance guy Robert explained everything and I never felt pressured to get anything extra! Highly recommend if your looking for a new set of wheels without any added pressured and excellent customer service! Ask for Rocky, he is a VW Jetta genius with any questions you want answered!

Our sales person Larry was very friendly and warm. We were very much in the market to buy soon trading in our 2023 Atlas for a 2026. But I will never go back to Hiley or any of their family of dealerships after how I was treated by the āmanagerā. I was told that this is ānot how you buy a carā and he rolled his eyes at me. All because I said I didnāt have time for him to continue to do an appraisal on my vehicle for trade-in that I had not planned to do that day. He had held onto my keys for 20 minutes at what point I thought he was done. He said he was just about to start and I said I didnāt have time today if that was the case. Iāve honestly never been more surprised by someoneās behavior in a high dollar sales situation than I was with this āmanagerā. I hope Larry is able to find a better manager or place to showcase his salesmanship because honestly If I were him, I would be livid that my āmanagerā absolutely nuked a high probability sale.

Fantastic experience!
I had a recall notice in my app and took my Atlas Crosssport in to have fixed plus a 60k service and oil change.
I purchased my vehicle from Carmax with an extended warranty in February of 2025.
Booked my appointment online and was super happy with the initial engagement when I arrived.
I explained my issues and was a bit worried about a small oil leak, but I was confident my warranty covered it. I was told the leak was mostly likely from the recall but was assured they have worked with 3rd party warranty companies and I shouldnāt worry.
I was asked if I needed a loaner vehicle but Iām work from home so no need. More to come on thatā¦
I received great text communication from Mo, my service advisor, and was able to communicate with him through phone and text.
I really appreciated getting a video walkthrough from the technician of my vehicle and its progress while at Hiley!
Two business days after dropping off, I found out I needed a car for work and Mo was very accommodating setting me up with a nice loaner vehicle.
Got my vehicle back in what I feel was an appropriate amount of time for the services performed - 4 business days. Pricing seemed fair particularly with the level of service I received.
Iāll finish with what I told Mo on my way out. āYou turned me into a repeat customer for sure!ā
