  I had a great experience with Cassie and the team at Hail Medic. They did an excellent job repairing my truck after hail damage. It looks like nothing ever happened. Cassie was very helpful throughout the process, kept me updated, and made everything smooth and stress-free. The quality of work and attention to detail really stood out. I highly recommend Hail Medic to anyone needing hail damage repair.

  I'm a review reader, especially when it comes to giving a company my trust. I tend to read a good amount of reviews, before I make my decision. Everyone's 5 star reviews gave me comfort with choosing Hail Medic to fix my car. I can't say enough about how amazing this company is! It's taken me a minute to write this review, now that the chaos has settled, and I wanted to acknowledge them. They deserve an amazing review for all that they did for me. They make the process very easy to complete. I was initially skeptical, not knowing what to expect, but Trey and Casey went above and beyond to help me through this process. They brought the rental to my job, and picked up my car. It was that easy! My car had what seemed to be "normal" cosmetic hail damage, an easy fix..but, my insurance adjuster decided to go in a different direction, without communicating the decision to them at all. We were all completely blown away by her decision and her unprofessionalism.These gentlemen went above and beyond to fight for me and with me, against her decision. My adjuster decided to total my vehicle, filed the paperwork, and closed it out at 5 PM on a Friday, leaving me hysterical in tears at work. She lacked professionalism, empathy, and communication. I was shocked that no one called me from Hail Medic to discuss next steps. The reason being is SHE DID NOT EVEN TELL THEM, that it was her final decision. They were equally as shocked when I called them on Saturday to ask them what happens now? When I say these guys went to the mat for me, as soon as I hung up with them, I mean it! They did everything to help fight her decision, and took it all the way to the top, her boss. The over zealously inflated total loss she listed was mind blowing, and completely unheard of. My estimate for repair was no where near the cost of what she totalled it for. Unfortunately, I had to make a choice to take the loss, because the insurance semantics in the long term weren't in my favor at all, should I have gotten into an actual "accident" during the duration of my policy for what she listed the damage as. I just couldn't take that chance. So, Texans.. Make sure you fix your car on the very first hail storm! I'm from Connecticut, and never experienced hail (lesson learned). If someone tells you that waiting to repair it will only lead to a loss, believe them (this wasn't my specific situation, but I advise you with caution to not wait). I will ABSOLUTELY be returning to Hail Medic if the time should ever call for it. This company is the epitome of excellence. If there were more than 5 stars, I'd give them to you. Thank you, Casey and Trey, and everyone else at Hail Medic that worked with me for your integrity, communication, and honesty. You have earned my trust, and I will recommend you first and foremost, always.

  Hail Medic made the entire process as easy as possible for me. First, I scheduled a request for an evaluation on their website. Soon after, David Delacruz contacted me and drove to my location. After the evaluation, David planned to meet me at the nearest car rental location where Hail Medic had reserved a rental for me. There, David took care of filing a claim with me through my insurance on the phone, then we swapped cars and hail medic did the repairs within a week. To my surprise, it cost me $0 out of pocket as everything was taken care of by insurance and Hail Medic waived the deductible. David was extremely professional, even when dealing with the incompetent car rental employee. Most importantly, hail medic made my car look brand new (no more dents) and they even detailed it inside and out before returning it to me. I would highly recommend Hail Medic and I'll be a repeat customer if I ever have any unexpected weather incidents again.

  I had a wonderful experience at Hail Medic. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, particularly Logan Goodfellow, who went above and beyond to help me with the repairs done to my car. What i love the most was that Logan kept me informed throughout the repair on my car and the repairs were done fast. I also love the fact that I didn’t have to dealt with my insurance for the claim. I highly recommend Hail Medic. Thanks alot.

  I met Casey and his team at the QT in Forest Hill after they noticed hail damage on my Tahoe. They came out to my house to inspect the vehicle and walked me through the hail repair and insurance claim process. The process took a little longer due to insurance approvals, but Casey was very responsive and transparent the entire time. They helped set me up with a rental vehicle while my Tahoe was in the shop, which made everything much easier. When I picked up my Tahoe it was fully detailed and honestly looked brand new again. The hail damage repair was done perfectly and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. As a local business owner myself, I really appreciate companies that operate with integrity and do what they say they’re going to do. Highly recommend Casey and his team if you need hail damage repair.
