  Indya was great. She reached out after My vehicle was totaled. I needed a new reliable vehicle for my kids and I. So glad to need a nice person like her in such a bad time street being in a car wreck. The purchase process was faster than expected. I work in auto finance in the bank. Nice to see the dealers taking care of the buyers up close and personal. The entire staff was nice, welcoming and committed to get me in the right vehicle for me. Thank you.

  Khe Woods was my sales consultant at enterprise! He called me on Friday, April 3, 2026 and answered all my questions about how the enterprise process works and why I should feel comfortable buying a vehicle from enterprise. We made the appointment for Monday, April 6, 2026 at 11 AM. I got there he was on time he explained everything in detail to me regarding the vehicle, answered all the questions and he worked with my Texans credit union which is a partner of theirs. So the process was made easy by Khe! I walked out with a 2024 equinox and he made sure before I left that it was cleaned washed again and made perfect just like a new car! He explained to me how to use all the features.Khe Woods Is definitely a man of integrity, knowledge, outgoing and concerned that I left totally satisfied with my purchase and with his service! Excellent!

  I purchased the car with no operating manual, no sticker on the windshield to identify an oil change record, also the license plate was not installed, just put on the dashboard.
