  Randy, Austin and Tom went over and beyond with their customer service. They were out of my size oil filter and sent me to O’Reilly to get one. O’Reilly gave me the wrong one. Valvoline was closing soon but they got O'Reilly to replace it for me. Everyone at Valvoline is friendly, personable, professional and knowledgeable. Highly rercommend!!!

  Every visit to Valvoline, I receive above satisfactory service. I'm always greeted kindly. The crew always suggest services that are needed and help me save on my services. The service is timely and is a place I trust with my vehicle. I've been returning to that location for years.

  I always receive prompt and excellent service. The staff is always friendly and professional. They inform me of what is recommended for my car and then they let me decide without any pressure whatsoever. Valvoline is better than any other oil changing company I have ever used.

  They say they are open at 730AM yet been here way before that and here it is 8AM and they still have not started. I have been second in line I have watched several cars leave because they still have not opened. I can see workers in there but dont answer calls or anything!! Ok see what i wrote earlier I stayed until I had my Oil change which was about 810ish. Brayden explained why they had to open late. There was only 2 employees that showed up on time and I know for sure one was Brayden because you could see him through the bay doors getting everything ready for the day by himself. I was very happy with the service that was done on my car and Brayden did a great job I even gave him a hard time because my car was working so hard against him when he was trying to put the cabin filter in. His coworker was telling him not to put the windshield wipers on my car but that young man was having all kinds of hell getting those wipers off. The coworker said look you did it again I said its just a car its ok. Brayden has the best manners and respect as well as his coworkers so please stop by and see them. If they are running late its ok we dont know what is going on In their lives. Everyone runs late sometimes and its ok. Enjoy life and instead of being ugly like I did in the first part of the post just relax and enjoy talking to someone new and have a great time its ok to be nice 😊

  I had previously taken my car to the dealership for all my car service needs. I started coming here 2 years ago to get my car maintenance and have been very satisfied. The service is quick and efficient. I would spend hours at the dealership, just to get an oil change. Now it takes on average 25 minutes to be seen and get out. Even if there is a line, it does not take long to be seen. They do give recommended services, but are not pushy about it. I also like that I don't have to leave my car.
