The only problem I've had is that a couple of times recently when I got off work and went by to have my car inspected, the guy who does the inspections had already left for the day. Because people often have to get these things taken care of after work, it would be great if they could offer the inspection service until closing. Otherwise, I am extremely satisfied about all my visits to this Valvoline location. :)

The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are reasonable. We will definitely keep coming here for services.

They did it for years, but I just was just told I have to pay for their cheap oil filter even if they use mine. If I can't find a new place then I'll have to go back to doing it myself. It was great here for years but either they changed their policy, or that guy just lied to me. Maybe with vetran or other discount it just wasn't bad last time. This time he just said 60 flat, after scanning my car door. So no matter what it was too much for less than 10 min worth of work. with parts supplied. I'll have to look around for a new place. ... Not fun.
