The first instance was the lane I was in took longer than expected and another one finished , they held on to the honor system and let the car that was in line know that I had been there waiting and helped me first. Then the men were very helpful when explaining what I needed and the coupons available . They will be the new home for my car maintenance . Thank you guys for taking care of me. I was having a rough day panicking about my car and you all made the process easy and alleviated some worry.

This time I was told if I did not get a synthetic oil that any damage caused to my motor would not be covered. Does valvoline sell products they do not trust or recommend? Why have I been coming here for over 10 years and never been told that the products you put into my vehicle may cause the engine to fail and you will not cover damages caused by oil you provide according to your technician? I went with a semi synthetic at the recommendation of your tech, and then after we agreed on that, he told me he would still have to add a note that my engine would not be covered for any damage. This seems very sketchy.

I mean, from the top shop manager on down was all about business and kept me informed from the beginning until the end. Plus, they also honored the online coupon I showed to them with no problem. Actually I told the head manager that, he now has a customer for life. I said that because I just moved to the area. Plus I've always went to the Honda dealership close by where I lived. I have a Honda Accord Sport. Been having my car since off the showroom floor in 2016. It only had 6 miles on it when I first bought it when that model first came out. Guess I'll be going to my local neighborhood Valvoline Instant Oil Change shop from now on. ;)
