  My experience at this Valvoline location is normally decent. However, this time was strikingly different and I am disappointed. I waited nearly two hours for what should have been a simple oil change and inspection. After about an hour and a half, they finished the oil change but told me they had forgotten to do the inspection. That mistake added about another 30–45 minutes of waiting. The lack of attention and the amount of time wasted made the visit frustrating and upsetting. I expected better organization and care from a place that specializes in quick service.

  Oil change service was great. Started by getting a text to a link with a coupon for $25 off the oil change, but when scanned at the service bay was told the coupon was coming up to only discount $20. The technician made it right but was frustrating as I received the text while waiting at the location to be serviced and the print clearly stated $25 off of synthetic oil change. Secondly, I also wanted my tires rotated. The guy who checked me in said there might be an issue with it due to the weight of my truck. I drive a Toyota Tacoma that weighs under 5k, so that didn’t make sense. Once I was in the bay I was informed the issue was the height of my truck and that the lifts at this location wouldn’t be able to get my vehicle up high enough to do the work. Just disappointed because I was trying to get what I needed done at one place and even called ahead to confirm this was possible. The person I spoke to confirmed they did in fact do tire rotations but never informed me that there were exceptions to trucks. I assume that is the exception as my truck is not very big and has not been lifted in any way. I will now have to take my vehicle somewhere else, wait in line, and have the work done. Seems everything else is upsold to you while having what came in for to be done but tire rotations are not one of them if you drive even the smallest truck.
