- JRJessica RatzlowNov 7, 20251.0Unfortunately I’ve had a bad experience with this company. I ordered a scooter to be set up and delivered, which costs extra. The scooter showed up wrapped up in cardboard so you can’t see it until you take it off. Once opened the scooter has major scratching all over the panels. Okay.. that’s a bummer let’s see how it rides. Go to ride it and the scooter dies on me. Leaves me stranded on my way to work. My husband has to now also be late to work to save me. He ended up having to take the whole bike apart to diagnose why it wasn’t running the way it was supposed to. Remember I paid to have this professionally set up. After a few more tries and some burned through gloves he found that the spark plug was zip tied so tight that it kept coming loose when riding. I tried to contact customer service. The person I spoke with would not address both my issues. I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor and they refused. Eventually they stopped answering me. I’m so frustrated and can’t believe that a company treats their customers this way.
