I drove 150 miles round trip based on Texas Power Sports’ advertised online price and checkout total of $1,514.42 out the door for a Yozma IN 10 electric dirt bike. The website shows local pickup, $0 shipping, and no disclosure anywhere that the bike is “in crate,” requires assembly, or carries mandatory assembly or freight fees. Before driving, I told the salesman exactly how much money I had and that I was paying in full. At no point was I told assembly would cost extra or that additional mandatory fees applied. After arriving at the dealership, I was told the actual price was around $1,950 due to newly introduced “assembly” and “freight” charges that were never disclosed online or on the phone. When I showed them their own website checkout total, I was told that even if I had purchased online, they would have called afterward to charge additional fees. After leaving, the salesman texted me claiming different online prices that directly contradict what is shown on their own website checkout. Assembly pricing also changed between conversations. I reviewed their Terms & Conditions afterward. While they reference “Fully Assembled & Ride Test packages,” those are described as optional services and no mandatory assembly or freight fees are disclosed for local pickup purchases. This was not a misunderstanding — it was undisclosed pricing added only after arrival. I left without purchasing. Buyers should be aware that the online checkout total is not the price you will be asked to pay in person. I recommend getting everything in writing before making the drive.

While I have not received my items yet, I have had contact with the dealership since one of the items ordered was out of stock. They did offer alternatives although the alternative did not qualify for free assembly as the last one so I chose crate. Wish they could have offered free assembly but overall the call went well and I’m still getting something similar.

Alex helped me get the cutest baby! My previous moped got stolen so I was a bit distraught and looking for a new one, but Alex was kind and helpful throughout the process! She's extremely smooth and I'm super excited to take her out on the road!

Listed small dirt bikes for sale on marketplace at $125. Upon arrival was informed that that dollar value was actually a estimated monthly payment. Thus in my opinion was literally a "Bait and Switch" Ad. They did however have a WIDE Variety of ATVS' AND dirt bikes for sale

I would not buy a bike from here unless your in Arlington because if you have problems they're little to no help. I've found numerous things wrong with the assembly of the icebear fuerza 125 and when I called them they basically said they'll send parts but your own your own for fixing it. I bought a brand new ice bear from them it's not even at 1000 miles and have had a lot of issues centered around their poor assembly of the bike and probably just the bike in general. Very disappointed with their customer service as a whole they're great at helping you get approved and sold on their bikes but that's about it. I do not recommend an ice bear fuerza to anyone who doesn't know how to work on a bike and good luck finding a shop that will work on it for you because there really isn't anyone who will work on any Chinese made bikes in general at a shop and who wants to pay for a brand new bike to be worked on absolutely ridiculous Over all very disappointed with my purchase shouldn't have bought it a brand new bike should not have all the issues an ice bear fuerza 125 has. Will never buy another bike from them again big wasted of money
