  I get it's not the guy I talk to fault they were out of semi synthetic blend until tomorrow. But I have severe anxiety when it comes to oil chnages cause last place I thought were decent people until they showed me a ripped oil filter that wasn't even mine!!! So i drove from fort worth because they had good review to get an oil change from Groupon because I have multiple chronic illnesses and don't have much money so very disappointed they could not do anything for me today. Maybe at least offer the full synthetic for an small upcharge or something. I guess call first to see if they have any SB in stocks before purchasing Groupon that you cannot get a refund for only trade in.

  They were speedy enough. Got me to bite on the brake fluid upsell. I declined having them do my air filter. When I got to the auto parts store, I discovered they hadn't clamped my air filter housing back together. I paid for full synthetic, but received no windshield sticker and the oil change indicator wasn't reset.

  They had to order my oil but had it within 45 minutes so I was able to run some errands and return when the oil arrived.

  I stopped here “ car making too loud noise, that kind noise just can not be ignored, something must be wrong” they checked “ nothing wrong,! But your brakes need replaced “ I had brakes replaced within 1? 2 years, need replaced again? “ well, I listened to them, paid more than $ 660 and a good 3 -5 hrs? waiting. The noise the same intense, until “engine temperature too high” I was freaking out, I called them “your guy said nothing wrong” they checked “ no coolant “ I saw them adding adding so much “ is there a leak” “ no no, leak all good just need add coolant “ Next day the car shows “ brake service “ I called again “ oh you just bring it back we will reset” I waited waited a good hour only got “ we can not reset, the sensor might be bad” “ okay then, scheduled another appointment for sensors, another couple good hours waiting the “brake system service” still on, and car still making dangerous noise , countless calls stops they are just avoiding me, last time I stopped talked to the same person who said “we had to send the wrong device back and we are waiting nothing we can do now, “ i said you told me this more 2 weeks ago, “Let me talk to the manager “ I was waiting waiting he Rhino never came back …..after a while a lady came in “ can I have your number ? We are waiting they send the right one so we can reset your car” “ I have been here so many times you have my number in file, Rhino said “we got the wrong one are waiting right one …..” it’s been a month! The lady said “ I will be the one calling you when we have it I promise “ It’s been 10days? The noise just way suspicious I had to stop another car shop, the guy listened “ thats the fan, the coolant tank must be leaking “ Horrible and not taking responsibility
