Per the service tech installing replacement window advice, I decided not to receive the rain repellent. I had already prepaid the service, but was told no problem, it should take 5-7 days for the refund. It's going on 2 months since safelite stated they would issue refund (even sent a receipt to my email confirming I would be refunded) and yet No refund has been received. Every call to customer service or the store everyone says "the refund has been entered" but clearly something is not communicating since here we are greater than 14 business days later and no refund....
- BSB StinsonNov 14, 20251.0Started out with a schedule to have mobile windshield install from 0800-1200- Tech calls says he don't think he can meet it at even 1200 - I canceled then rescheduled at safelite shop - Got price $4 cheaper than quote- Install took 2 hrs - Tech scratched my truck in two places, cut into interior A-pillar trim - got my headliner dirty, and did not put all my rear view mirror and Stereo wires , antenna back in place correctly and also pulled some wires apart where my radar would not work - Very disappointed in my service and the fact the Tech did not tell me what happened- I had to figure it out and then question him on the return visit - I had to tell him to take pictures on the future not to forget how things go back together and never hide or so called forget to tell the customer you damaged his vehicle - i have already concluded with the in house survey - I haven't heard back - these A panels are atleast $50 to replace . I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COOPER ST. SAFELITE IN ARLINGTON
