I was told he probably couldn't get to me until late evening because of other jobs he had and/or it might be better to just reschedule. I took the day off for this!! Safelite, you have to do better by your customers!!

I used local shop multiple times before for similar chips and they made it looks almost invisible. I would never use Safelite if insurance did not use it. I was hoping that this time around, there might be a better technician, but it seems that it is not about him, it's about the quality/process that Safelite uses for the repair.
