  I had the worst experience here. I was in desperate NEED OF GAS . Gps gives me racetrac. I try to use two gas pumps yhe .achines are acting quacky. I go insode and the worker comes out to help me. Next thing he says something wrong with the pump. During this time he keeps asking me if i am from NY. I say i just wanna pump my gas and go can you get me another pump that works. He starts twlling me he dont know what pump works. I am looking at him like he has 3 heads. Now we walking back to the store i am asking what pump yo go to. He starts telling me he done with me. I am like wait are you taking me money so i follow him in the store. He goes to the register puts the 20 on my chest somehow it rips and falls to the floor. I tell him i dont want a ripped dollar and he walks away. Now the clean cut gut in the store i ask him for a 20 cause i dont want a ripped dollar. He tells me the dingy guy is the manager. I thought the clean employee was the manager. NOW I have to go back to the guy and beg for an unripped 20 that he had in his hand. He says if i give you the 20 will you leave. I was leaving all along i just didnt want that disrepsected 20 on the floor. Customers was there I was so embarrassed. I had to find a new gas station with no gas. I am not from around here so i was nervous. This manager needs retraining. I wish i didnt ask me if i was from NY i should have lied. This man was clearing biased for whatever reason. That was not customer service at all. Also 2 of the pumps did not take my card. Wait the reason we argued is because this careless man was waving the gas pump thaf didnt pump and he splashed gas on my 12oo sneakers and he acted like is was nothing. That is how this whole thing started. He had on some leaning dusty sketchers. Like first editions. He had deads and looked like he was halh homeless so i didnt think he was a manager. I amwrinting this after i pulled over. I am so upset and i have to pay to get professional cleaning cause of the gas. JORDAN 5 ROYAL BLUE KNOCKS COLOR. i think he did it on purpose cause he waved the pump times saying the pump didnt work and the gas came out both times. Improper training. I am gonna get my reciept after i find a specialist in sneakers

  Trashy gas station!!! The older African american woman with freckles and grey hair was very disrespectful! She cursed me out over 20$ and threatened to fight me! I waited over 25 minutes for a receipt or for the purchase to be refunded to my account and it did not. I have the screenshot to prove it.Once I figured out, she was double charging customers, and then providing a refund just to pocket the cash refund she became upset. She screamed and yelled and pounded her fists at me. I asked her to provide me a receipt showing that the money would go back on my card. She could not do so. I will be contacting corporate in the morning. Please review the cameras from 10/29/25 at 7:14 PM. That’s when the issue started.
