I waited over 25 minutes for a receipt or for the purchase to be refunded to my account and it did not. I have the screenshot to prove it.Once I figured out, she was double charging customers, and then providing a refund just to pocket the cash refund she became upset. She screamed and yelled and pounded her fists at me. I asked her to provide me a receipt showing that the money would go back on my card. She could not do so. I will be contacting corporate in the morning. Please review the cameras from 10/29/25 at 7:14 PM. That’s when the issue started.
