And don’t forget our wide selection of Grab & Go items, including all beef hot dogs and taquitos, breakfast sandwiches, subs, salads, wraps, and donuts. - AAAlan4 days ago1.0Another garbage QT that treats customers like trash for daring to exist after midnight. Locking the bathroom so paying customers can't relieve themselves is inhumane treatment. Yet another scummy place that won't see anymore of my money.
- HSHuncho Simms5 days ago1.0I had a horrifying experience at the QT E Lamar Street store and the Arlington Division Office. During a fuel dispute, I spent over four hours being harassed, disrespected, and put in fear for my safety. The store staff were aggressive, dismissive, and unprofessional. Corporate oversight is nonexistent, and the toxic culture put me at risk. Key problems: • Store manager Courtney, Francisco, Daisy and staff were disrespectful, toxic, and refused to resolve the issue properly despite locating the transaction. • Arlington Division Office employees escalated the situation instead of helping: • Thomas – ignored repeated safety concerns • Lance Allen – promised immediate resolution but did nothing • Marlon – confrontational and aggressive • Samantha – arrogant, spoke over me, demeaned me, and gave me the wrong headquarters number • Racism and stereotyping were evident; employees were predominantly white or Hispanic and consistently made me feel unsafe. Even after I explicitly informed corporate that I was in fear, my concerns were ignored, and the situation was made worse. This store and division office display discrimination, toxic management, and complete lack of accountability. Recommendation: Immediate investigation and accountability are required. Customers should avoid this location and be cautious with this corporate structure.

However, when it came to the food, the pizzas didn’t quite meet my expectations. They appeared somewhat questionable, lacking the freshness and appeal I was hoping for. Additionally, the large Italian dish I ordered left me feeling even hungrier than before, as it didn’t satisfy my appetite as I had anticipated. Overall, while the ambiance was delightful, the culinary experience didn’t quite hit the mark for me.

Out of all the QTs i go to, I DONT RECOMMEND THIS ONE. -10 stars of i could, 1 star ismt enough Edit to add: they had a sign that said "closed 12am-5am" THEY HAD IT LOCKED AT 10:45PM
