  Came here with my MINOR daughter to purchase white claws. Was told by the cashier because she did not see who was “holding the cans” she needed both of our IDs. I explained to her multiple times my child was is a minor and had no ID to provide despite the fact I INDEED carried all cans to the register. She then proceeded to say it was store policy. Which contradicts her original statement that we both walked from where “the beer is located” so she has to check both IDs. Regardless of anything I provided my ID showing I’m well over 21. I even asked her and the young man at the next cash register was this a policy and they both agreed it was. Maybe if her attention wasn’t on the young man hanging out by the register she would have seen clearly the route from the freezers to the cashier. Maybe not having visitors during working hours would have alleviated this whole ordeal. I plan to file a complaint with corporate as well as calling the store manager. I’m not sure if this was a race thing because right after my non-purchase another gentlemen with a minor child purchased his beer with NO PROBLEMS. (The child was not asked for an ID as mine was). On top of everything else she regrettably was the asst store manager. I frequent the location and understand checking IDs however if I’m clearly stating my child has NO ID to provide and she’s under age clearly shows I’m in no way breaking any laws.

  Location #859 really got me right; Location is managed tonight by Austin. Ivan provided much insight to Amy, who not only ensured the pizza I ordered was thoroughly cooked, they made sure I had all the proper condiments. David and Angelica greeted me with a smile and even showed me luv with a complimentary drink while I waited for my pizza.... Now that's 🌎 class service.... Thank you. 🙏🏾💪🏾

  I had a horrifying experience at the QT E Lamar Street store and the Arlington Division Office. During a fuel dispute, I spent over four hours being harassed, disrespected, and put in fear for my safety. The store staff were aggressive, dismissive, and unprofessional. Corporate oversight is nonexistent, and the toxic culture put me at risk. Key problems: • Store manager Courtney, Francisco, Daisy and staff were disrespectful, toxic, and refused to resolve the issue properly despite locating the transaction. • Arlington Division Office employees escalated the situation instead of helping: • Thomas – ignored repeated safety concerns • Lance Allen – promised immediate resolution but did nothing • Marlon – confrontational and aggressive • Samantha – arrogant, spoke over me, demeaned me, and gave me the wrong headquarters number • Racism and stereotyping were evident; employees were predominantly white or Hispanic and consistently made me feel unsafe. Even after I explicitly informed corporate that I was in fear, my concerns were ignored, and the situation was made worse. This store and division office display discrimination, toxic management, and complete lack of accountability. Recommendation: Immediate investigation and accountability are required. Customers should avoid this location and be cautious with this corporate structure.
