Additionally, I saved hundreds of dollars having them do the work on my car versus the dealership prices. Thank you, and I'll definitely will send others your way.

- JTJL ThackerDec 17, 20251.0Disregard my earlier post. I was asked to write a review while they were bringing out my wife’s vehicle. Once my wife got into her car (Volvo XC60), her low tire sensor was still on and her windshield was cracked (18 inches). They did not know how to remove the wipers on a Volvo and in the process they damaged her windshield. Staff denied and damage to the windshield and corporate has not responded to our multiple inquiries to the damage. Since Mavis Tires bought NTB, there has been multiple complaints vehicles being damaged and customers being charged for work not being done.
- YWYvette WilliamsDec 12, 20255.0Jhor’Den is absolutely the best! I was driving to Ft. Worth when I heard a pop. I pulled over and noticed my tire had begun to separate. I immediately began searching for a NTB near me. Lucky me there’s one 8 mins away. Then suddenly my maps said this location would be closed before I would arrive. I took a deep breath and called, Jhor’Den answered with his pleasantries and ushered me right in. I don’t know what I would have done without him. I am thankful for Jhor’Den, his patience and willingness to help in my time of need. But it doesn’t stop with Jhor’Den, not only did I need one tire, I needed two. God and Santa were right on time!!!! There was a customer in the store that paid for my tires!!!! Talk about an on time God! Go and see Jhor’Den for your tire needs!
