After paying my initial pre-fees over the phone to schedule my installation, I could never get a hold of a live person again to reschedule. Only voice mails. I needed to reschedule, but was never able to reach anyone from all posted numbers. After several attempts and not being able to get it installed ( after I paid initial fees ) I had to pay and start all over with an entirely different company. That installation went awesome. I had to pay all initial fees all over again to new company, but finally got device installed. Worst customer service ever. It almost felt like a scam after no live people were available after I paid the upfront phone fees.
