  I purchased a 2016 Buick Enclave for my wife on December 23rd late in the evening. It took my wife two weeks before actually driving the vehicle because the school counselor was on Christmas break. When she went back to work and drove the vehicle she noticed a couple things wrong with the vehicle. I called and left a message and Derek the finance manager reached out to me a couple of times showing outstanding customer service and satisfaction and afyer speaking with him his primary objective was to see how he could take care of me the customer. He recommended a place that you definitely should not judge based on the cover. Muhammad and his crew wasted no time to get my wife car taken care of and communicated on a regular basis on the task he completed and what task was still outstanding. I would recommend Eone solely based upon the products they have to offer and the customer service that Derek provides customers even after the sales is complete.

  Buyer beware. I bought a certified pre-owned car from Rosy, on December 1st. This car could have killed Me and my granddaughter!! It came with a 6mo warranty and service plan. It is now January 10th. Its had problems with A/C not working, power steering, and most disturbing terrifying suspension problems. I bought this car because of the certified pre-owned, Carfax, 6month warranty and 5 year service plan. All of the things that initially gave me peice of mind. Had the suspension checked today. There's no way it would have ever passed a certified pre-owned inspection. False representation Eone! They also sold me a non existent 5 year service plan. The guy at Firestone told me to take the car back to Rosy. I already informed Rosy of the issues with the car, and she was unwilling to take the Lemon back. It's now been inspected and has major suspension issues $4800 worth, that could have killed me and my granddaughter. I trusted Rosy and everything I was sold, was a lie. I'll be fighting to get my money back!

  Never come here! Avoid at all costs! We test drove an Audi and it was smoking under the hood. It was a gasket. They kept asking for more down, they said they can do a deal then ROSY would do something to make the deal more money. They sell bad cars to good people. Don’t do business with this company! Not good people they sell bad cars.

  i bought a car from here back in february under tight financial circumstances and they we're very helpful and kind throughout the process of financing it. however i have never had a car with more issues than this one, i have had to take it to the shop for repairs 3 times since getting it and i am now having to take it again because they gave me a car in which the previous owner had done shoddy diy jobs under the hood specifically with the battery. i don't know how that passed any inspection that they claim they made but now there has been so much money out of my pocket that i really don't have to spare. they're nice but i would recommend having someone come look at the car with you to make sure it is actually safe to drive because they do not disclose any potential issues with you.
