  Rosy and Derek were AMAZING! Financing went smooth, I was able to get the vehicle of my choice and not of the dealers choice (this is very important). They even gave me an inexpensive company to go through for full coverage insurance. I’m very happy and HIGHLY RECOMMEND EONE AUTO. THEY ALSO GIVE $200 for any referrals$$. They are the best in Texas I’ve dealt with!

  I purchased CERTIFIED pre-owned on 9/25/25 (Thurs), I pulled off the lot 9/27/25 (Sat). I text 9/30/25, nothing some things that were promised were not done. I then took the car on 10/1/25 and had an inspection done (knowing I bought a pre-owned vehicle) I wanted to check and see what minor things may needed to be done so I could knock it out, only to find out there is almost $3k in repairs that need done. I reached out to both Rosy & Derrick only to be shunned and told "I know what I got into" So today (10/4/25), as I'm driving to the store, the check engine light comes on and so I go get it check and low and behold it's the catalytic converter! Now the kicker to this is it supposedly passed an emissions test on 9/12/25. Let me be very clear, I asked them for an inspection report because I had serious question because to list a car as "CERTIFIED" it is to not only have emissions but mechanical done as well. Derrick refused only to tell me it would be too much work for him to pull it. So not only did I pull it for my car, I PULLED IT FOR EVERY CAR THEY HAVE ON THE WEBSITE RIGHT NOW AND NOT 1 CAR HAS HAD ANY MECHANICAL WORK, ONLY EMISSIONS THAT ARE ALL DONE AT THE SAME PLACE!!! So I have contacted an attorney because they refuse to assist and they sold the car under false pretenses stating it was "certified"! We should all be protected under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act and I have contacted an attorney and we will be working on filing this week! One thing I don't do well with is being lied to!! Both Rosy and Derrick were emailed immediately with all paperwork AND PICTURES and had the nerve to say it's the certified mechanic that just wants to make money. No sir...YA'll want to make money!! I am looking for any other folks that would possibly like to come aboard with me with this attorney. Hopefully we can get some resolve
