I really want to give them 00000 stars i got a 2015 cadillac on the 5th of this month and now the car would not even start up, I called them, they put me on, hold, the mechanic did never come out and get the car. It was a horrible experience. I recommend, do not get a car from there. They Want your money and after you get your money, they don't care what happens. They just tell you to check the warranty

Derek, help me out. And he was great. And Rosie did a great job as well. I was in and out fast and quick, and they do do what they tell you they're going to do. I will advise you to go

Here is a professional, clear, and firm rewrite that preserves the seriousness of the situation while removing emotional language and strengthening credibility: ⸻ I was contacted unexpectedly by D. Rose asking whether I was still looking for a vehicle. I confirmed that I was, but clearly stated that I had not submitted any new applications and that my only prior inquiries were from approximately three weeks ago and one from last year. Despite this, I discovered today that an unauthorized hard inquiry was placed on my credit report. This occurred after I reminded him that three weeks ago I was informed—by both him and Rosey—that the vehicle I had applied for and was approved on did not have an engine. He claimed not to recall this conversation, although I clearly remember being told this and then being offered alternative vehicles that I explicitly declined. He then stated that I have a broken lease and a repossession from 2018, which would require me to pay nearly $10,000 to satisfy lender conditions for approval—despite my current credit score. These conditions were presented for vehicles I did not want and that were in the same price range as the original vehicle I had applied for. I questioned why vehicles without engines are being advertised online as available for sale, as this appears misleading and deceptive. He stated he would call me back within ten minutes to discuss a better offer. No call was received. Instead, another unauthorized hard inquiry appeared on my credit report. When I contacted the lender directly, they confirmed that this inquiry originated from this company. Based on these actions, I am extremely concerned about their business practices and believe they may be fraudulent. As a precaution, I am now locking my credit report. This is not the first issue I have experienced with this company. Previously, I was forced to leave a review after my income was misrepresented publicly using a bank statement rather than my pay stub. At the time, I was recovering from surgery and temporarily working reduced hours, which affected my net pay, but my gross income was inaccurately stated. That information was then used in a public response to my review in a manner that appeared intended to embarrass me. Given this pattern of behavior, I am concerned that similar actions may occur again.
