If you have a reservation made from the insurance company, make sure enterprise sticks to the vehicle the insurance approved! I had a great experience with my rental until I got the reimbursement from the insurance company and they only covered part of it because enterprise offered me small suvs to choose from(like my car that was in the shop) which I thought was nice, but insurance had reserved a midsize car. They never mentioned it would be an upcharge but apparently they don’t even check the reservation that the insurance made so it’s up to the customer to decline what they offer and make them stick to the reservation. It’s extremely deceptive and now I’m out $115 and I’ve been told by the insurance company and enterprise that there isn’t anything that can be done about it. The only reason this isn’t a 1 star review is because the employees who I worked with were very friendly and helpful and I don’t want to hold the frontline workers at fault for the company’s sketchy business practices.
