I was able to bring the vehicle back with no issue and they provided an upgrade free of charge and also deducted a day off. Taking care of the customer should always be the number 1 priority and it definitely was for these guys. No hassle, no attitudes, no questions…..just took care of the issue. Daniel and Jonathan went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I will continue using this specific location. Please keep up the good work, it’s greatly appreciated by the customers!

- JCJ CDec 27, 20255.0A little wait once arrived for pick up, but staff is professional, friendly even though understaffed initially. Got the best price I could find for the dates needed. Got the manager's choice option and landed a Mitsubishi outlander sport which was a nice sized small SUV only lacked Carplay but was easy to use and drive. Daniel (front desk) & Landin (helped me directly)were extremely helpful, friendly and professional during the pick up process. Did the walk-around and noted any dings - he also explained what sized dings are what they record and anything less isn't noted as damage. Landin helped me again upon return and no surprise charges so all went very well. Kudos to the staff, I felt like the main benefits compared to the DFW location-based rentals is that you get familiar service (same staffers will know you), just need to be patient as it won't be as lightning fast compared to airport locations where you might be able to pick up the car straight from the lot, and drop off is quicker. Having done both, I prefer the neighborhood location - worth the brief wait, for the more personalized service.
