She and another manager, Alyssa W disagreed on my request for transportation to and from my home. That issue needed to be resolved between them and according to their Enterprise policy, procedures and practices. I felt verbally reprimanded for making the request, which was stated as a service on their company website. They may consider staff training for consistency in their message and treatment of customers.
