The assistant manager ensured I would be comfortable in driving a full sized van (when my car is a sedan) before putting me in the vehicle. He also helped me understand all the gadgets in the much newer car than I have in mine. The return procedure (although overseen by a different employee) was quick and simple. He then drove me to the mechanic’s shop to pick up my car.
