He assured us the message would be sent to the appropriate party. We never got that call after we did the footwork with the insurance company to approve an upgrade. Enterprise asked us to do our part and we did that. Enterprise did not do their part. I will take my business elsewhere and others should also. Alfonso, easy to say whatever you want on the phone to the customer. Your character speaks volumes and represents Enterprise.

- BSBruce SeybertOct 9, 20252.0Took car to Caliber to get it fixed, Statefarm had me go to Enterprise, we have a Kia Sportage X, my rent a car covers upto large SUV, van pick up truck declined a Mitsubishi suv I'm 6'4, Got a Van on way home brakes making a noise when braking wife called told them not feel safe driving they said bring it up after 5 next day for a swap imagine that gets there at 5 they closed so took it up this morning no cars to swap so notified them already and notified Corperate of brake issue so they understand they documented the issue incase the brakes go out they are Negligent and thus hold all liability.. now to wait for a Safe car no where has cars right now at the 4 Enterprise locations close.
