  My daughter got stopped early in the morning and that’s how she figured out her headlight was out. She thought it was just especially dark from daylight savings. Lol So she called me and asked me to go with her to get her a head light bulb on her way home from work and asked if I could call and find out where they have one. I found it at autozone. I usually go to autozone if one is around. I love their customer service. She came by to pick me up after she got off work and we went. The lady that finished and called us was the one I spoke to on the phone. My daughter didn’t want to have to change the bulb so I was going to change it but the last time she and I tried to change her tail light in the same car, we had issues even though I have actually changed quite a few head light/tail light bulbs over the years on different cars, her Honda Fit seems to be a little more difficult though. Anyway she mentioned to the lady that we needed help figuring out what bulb we needed exactly, basic bulb anyway and then half jokingly, mostly serious, mentioned needing help changing it out. She didn’t want it to take long or for us to half to work so hard at it. Regina is the sweetest woman that helped us out and she got the bulb out, checked us out and changed my daughter’s head light bulb out, all very quickly, honestly. Without feeling rushed. She didn’t seem annoyed, she easily could have been and she just went about going above and beyond to help us out. She’s just the best up at autozone on Cooper in Arlington across from Target. Thank you so much Regina !! We appreciate you so much!!

  The manager at this AutoZone, James D, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to look up the parts I needed, made sure I was getting the correct ones, and even helped check what part my truck might need beyond what I originally came in for. You can tell he really cares about helping customers and making sure things are done right. Excellent customer service.

  I went in to buy a new battery, and the 2nd star is because the two 20-something employees installed it for me. The lack of any additional stars, is because they told me one terminal was cracked/broken (whatever, it was bad) and then offered me their "trick" with aluminum foil to get contact and conduct electricity. COOL. What would've been super helpful would've been telling me THEY SELL REPLACEMENT TERMINALS so I didn't spend the next day having anxiety attacks driving to O'Reilly's then the mechanic to replace it.
