The unfortunate part of this is that they couldn’t find my warranty on their computer. I was able to find my receipt that showed the battery was still under warranty. Maurice helped greatly in resolving this issue and got me the new battery I needed with a new 3 year warranty. He lended me a tool to clean the connections from the corrosion that had built up. He then helped me in finding the battery terminal bolt needed, as the old one broke as I was tightening it. Another young man was helpful as well, I believe his name was CJ, at the front counter. Thanks y’all.
