I believe your staff needs trainings on your procedures. I had the worst experience with your staff (Sanchez, John Angel). He needs serious improvement, with his attitude, he can not be the front person fir Autozone.
Also last Sunday I had terrible experience with one of your sales staff, I had to return everything i bought and collected a refund and went to your division store to repurchase same item.

Drove from iowa to texas straight through last night. About three hundred miles from Texas, I got a check engine light. Ricardo did a check of the system and diagnosed the problem quickly for me. Off to Volkswagen, to get it fixed with a little bit of knowledge of what to expect.
