- CPChris PardueJan 6, 20261.0Communication is horrible with this company. Website states delivery information within 5 days, 2 weeks later and multiple emails/calls finally got the item shipped. Once it arrived, a vital bolt/nut that holds suspension to frame was missing(bought a similar one at a hardware store just to buy time since it was a Christmas gift and it didn't arrive until the 22nd due to their failure to make sure it shipped). Assembled and was given as a Christmas gift on Christmas morning, got to ride it 30 min to an hour before the brakes completely failed on it with a blown seal in a brake caliper. Been trying since Dec 26th to get someone, anyone, to tell me what the heck is going on with getting my replacement parts(brake caliper and bolt/nut). I have around 20 emails and multiple phone calls to this place with ZERO result! I also have a child that is EXTREMELY upset that they can't ride their $2500 go-kart because someone there lacks the ability to ship things when they say(oh, forgot to say I was told it was going to ship Dec 31 or Jan 2 of which it has not). Frustrated does not even begin to express this experience with Arlington Powersports!
