  This is the first dealership I have been to, out of like 6. That made the process of buying a pre-owned car extremely, EXTREMELY, simple and easy going. Specifically the salesmen Rodney, he was very honest, straightforward and best of all didn’t play any games that the typical dealer plays. I told him upfront what I wanted and we were able to workout a deal in about 30 minutes. He didn’t try to be shady like most dealers nowadays with their added fees. He got me in and out as fast as possible and told me he was there to help me with any needs at all. Rodney is one of the best in the business! He truly cares about his customers and treats them right! I know for a fact he’ll make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase! If you’re looking to buy a pre-owned vehicle I can’t recommend Don Davis Nissan ENOUGH! They’re the best dealership I’ve done business with EVER! Also the finance guy Leo was super laid back, respectful and didn’t try to force me to buy anything like the other 6 finance guys I’ve dealt with in the past. He was very honest and transparent about everything. And super respectful and understanding. If Don Davis Nissan has a vehicle you’re interested give them a call! They’re not like other shady dealers. They have my trust for future purchases, especially with how most dealers operate nowadays.

  I had a really positive experience overall while shopping for a car. The sales representative: Renae Rodden, was amazing—very attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right fit without any pressure. She made the process feel comfortable and smooth from start to finish. The finance manager: Milton Roberts, was also great—very sweet, efficient, and clear when explaining everything, which made that part of the process quick and stress-free. One area that could use improvement, though, was the condition of some of the test drive vehicles. A couple of the cars needed to be jump-started due to dead batteries, and one didn’t have working air conditioning. It didn’t ruin the experience, but it did make things a bit inconvenient and gave the impression that the vehicles weren’t fully ready for customers. Overall, the customer service really stood out in a positive way, and with a little more attention to vehicle readiness, the experience would have been perfect.

  Love getting my services from Norma!!! Here is an update: I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Nissan Arlington. I’ve had to bring my vehicle in twice within the same month due to ongoing sensor issues, which is already frustrating. However, what’s completely unacceptable is that after my most recent visit (03/24/2026) I checked under my hood and found one of their tools left inside my vehicle. This raises serious concerns about the quality of work, attention to detail, and overall safety standards at this location. Leaving a tool under the hood is not only careless, but it could have caused damage to my engine or put me at risk while driving. Just wanted to make someone aware.

  If I could give a zero, I would!! I scheduled an oil change online, when I got my confirmation email the price was $139.00 plus. I canceled the appointment and I called to confirm why the price was high and advised I was previously paying $79.95 when it was Don Davis Nissan, now it's Clay Cooley Nissan, which explain why the price increase. When I spoke to the agent on the phone, he stated the $139.00 is for the basic complete package oil change. I told him all I want is an oil change, nothing else. He checked my vehicle history from my visits at Don Davis, he stated I would pay the previous price, $79.00. He rescheduled my appointment. Upon arrival to my appointment, the rep came to my vehicle with a pamphlet of the different package prices. I told her I don't want a package oil change. She stated, they no longer do just an oil change, they only do the package oil change. I will not be going there again due to the price increase, inconsistency information and the prices not listed on the website. I'm very disappointed!!!

  Be very careful when buying a car from Vur. This is because the company's service department does not do its job well.When I purchased the car, I had also bought the 50,000-mile service package. Since I was moving to a different state, I requested a refund for my remaining unused service credits. They told me that they would not grant it.And my car's rim is covered under warranty. There was a small scratch. Apparently, just to fix that minor scratch, my car had to be kept at the service center for four days.During the four days the vehicle spends at the service center, I will have to rent a car, and my expenses will be significantly higher.A standard mechanic does this job for $100. However, since I will have to rent a car, it’s going to cost me $400.They are forcing people to leave without receiving their entitlements.I deeply regret buying a car from this company, and their prices are high as well.
