  Had a great experience. I went in for service for another Ford vehicle and saw the truck I have wanted for a while. Cara came up and she helped me through the entire process. Made it quick, easy and painless. Jesus Flores Manager was fantastic also! If you are looking for a new or used car, I highly recommend going in to Clay Cooley. Definitely want to ask for Cara and Jesus. They will make you feel very special and work the deal that is best for you!

  This dealership only exists to waste your time and to scheme your money away from you. They post “low prices” online that they have no intention of honoring, and they add things to the price that are worthless garbage. Then, they also push their predatory loans on you. Go somewhere else to any other dealership, it’ll save you a huge headache and likely tons of money.

  I had such a great experience at Clay Cooley Ford this past weekend! Jacob and Mike C were knowledgeable, professional, and fun and they made the buying process feel easy, something you can't say about car buying at most places. They gave me all the information I needed to confidently purchase the exact vehicle I’d been searching for over a month. Angel in finance kept the ball rolling by making everything about the financing process simple too. He answered all my questions without any pressure. While working on my own purchase, I also overheard Virgil in finance showing incredible professionalism and patience with customer nearby which really stood out to me and I feel says so much about the dealership as a whole! Overall, everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional—I highly recommend Clay Cooley and will for sure tell my friends and family about Jacob, Mike C, Angel and Virgil! Thanks so much!

  Terrible experience overall, sales person was nice. Managers were rude and bad tempered. Came to a price agreement and waited 2 days for them to “get the truck on the lot” turns out after talking to other dealers that it was a fake listing, went to another dealer and purchased same day. 1 month has passed since then and still haven’t even heard back from them, it was for the best. Ended purchasing from Five Star Ford Dallas and had the best buying experience. Would in no way shape or form recommend Clay Cooley Ford Arlington! Buy from Five Star Ford Dallas!

  For the minute, I called and I was connected to Eli. The experience was unbelievable easy and no pressure. Then when it came down to purchase a car, the manager name Augusto Was also very helpful we found a Truck the price was right they kept me up updated step-by-step till I took delivery off the truck. You can count on it I will send all my friends and family to this Ford store Clay Cooley, Arlington Ford Store and I will buy another truck from them and I hope will work With Eli and Augusto again. 5 Stars.
