Be aware that their claim of “the price you see is the price you pay” is far from true. The actual quote I received was nearly $6,000 higher than the price they pushed to third-party sites. Even the pricing on their own website is deceptive; they add several thousand dollars for non-itemized "accessories" that are pre-baked into the final cost. Expect a significant gap between the online "lure" price and reality.

If i could I'd leave a 0 star it was truly a bad experience, went to go see a Durango and when they gave me the price they tried to upcharge , didn't show me the vehicle we wanted they kept saying it would be more monthly when the car we wanted is cheaper, the "sales price" the online one got bumped up 4k on the paper without the TTL and on the taxes they said something about a "50 dollar dock tax" when it's already in the fees that are being charged and, they didn't even show me what interest rate I got approved at they kept avoiding to tell me. Just a poor experience, just be fair.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership and would strongly advise others to proceed with caution. From the start, their communication was unprofessional and inconsistent. I was given information that later turned out to be misleading, if not outright false, which made the entire process frustrating and stressful. What upset me most was how they handled things behind my back. Decisions were made and actions were taken without my knowledge or consent, which completely broke any trust I had in them. Transparency and honesty are the bare minimum when making a major purchase like a vehicle, and this dealership failed on both fronts. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and dishonest. I would not recommend doing business here if you value clear communication, integrity, and professionalism.

Be careful of this dealership, especially the finance guys. They are scammers. They're all working together to rip you off. They asked for electronic signature and initials at the start then added it to things without letting me know. They ran my credit score a second time without my knowledge or consent then lied about it and changed the lender without my knowledge or approval. I agreed to a 72 term loan and they changed it to 84. I asked about it and they admitted to me that it should be 72 but they refuse to change it. They tried to gaslight me that there's really no difference in 72 months and 84 months. Paying $100 a month for 72 months is not the same as paying $100 a month for 84 months. Then they lied to me that I can add 6 year coverage for an additional $3,000 so I agreed. When they sent me my contract it was $9,000. Freaking liars and thieves.

I had one of the worst and most deceptive car-buying experiences at this dealership and want to warn others to be extremely careful. I came in after seeing a Facebook advertisement stating they would pay off your current loan to get you into a new vehicle. I scheduled an appointment and worked with a sales representative named Kimberly Cano. During the sales process, I was clearly told that I was purchasing a 2026 Chrysler Pacifica at MSRP of $47,660. However, when the contract was later generated, the vehicle price was actually $48,806.82 — $1,146.82 above MSRP. In addition, I was told their “Family Guaranteed” program was included, but the final contract charged another $1,000 for it. What made matters worse is that I was never shown a full breakdown of the final numbers before signing. I was told everything was correct and asked to sign on an iPad by the finance manager, Ja’Niya Ross, with the promise that the documents would be emailed to me later for review. Another major issue involved my trade-in. The dealership advertised that they would pay off my existing loan, which they did — but what they failed to clearly explain is that they simply added the remaining balance of my old loan on top of the new vehicle loan instead of properly valuing my trade-in. This felt extremely deceptive. After reviewing the contract later, I immediately raised concerns about the incorrect pricing and charges. I was told multiple times by the finance manager not to return the vehicle and that they would “make it right.” When I later attempted to return the vehicle, the general manager stated that I had passed the 3-day return window — even though their staff previously told me not to bring the vehicle back and promised they would fix the contract. The general manager also acknowledged the $1,000 “Family Guaranteed” charge should be refunded and promised to send me a check. As of today, I still have not received that refund. Overall, the experience involved: • Pricing above the agreed MSRP • Charges added that were represented as included • Being asked to sign contracts without proper review • Misleading information about my trade-in and loan payoff • Promises to fix the issue that were never honored I am filing formal complaints with the state consumer protection office, the DMV dealer enforcement division, and the Better Business Bureau. If you are considering buying a vehicle here, I strongly recommend reviewing every number carefully and not signing anything until you receive a full written breakdown of the deal. Updated 3/10/26 @ 12:55PM: Taurus Ross called me and said that the $1,000.00 refund check is ready for me to pick up. When I was there, they said they were going to mail it. I had to write this review and file complaints before I got a response from the general manager Taurus Ross. He is still refused to honor the MSRP pricing. Updated 3/26/26 @ 10:13am: Still no check.
