  We went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. The workers were very helpful and polite the moment we walked in. They got us right in and we were out in a timely manner. The price was very fair as well. As a woman, it feels great having a comfortable experience in a car shop. We always have good service at this location and will definitely be back again.

  Blake did an amazing job for me. Everything he tried to figure out with my vehicle he relayed information and consulted on what the problem could be or couldn’t be! Best in town!! Will definitely be coming back

  I was referred to Brakes Plus by Kevin, a very nice gentleman and I’m so glad he did! Right off Copper I came in on a Monday and was met with another very nice gentleman at the front desk. I needed an oil change and had concerns about an oil leak. Not only was the whole interaction from start to finish and service great, they even checked out where the oil leak was coming from and printed me out a quote to be able to prepare getting handled next. I’m a young woman who’s father that passed usually helps me with these kind of things. This shop made me feel very comfortable :)

  Went in to get my car inspected today & to have them check my oil. Staff was very friendly & welcoming, & the check in process was VERY fast. Loved how quick & easy the entire process was. 10/10! Would definitely come back for the convenience & the friendly staff.

  Two and a half hours for an oil change today, and they were unable to complete the state inspection. The wait itself was not a major issue for us since we had dropped the car off. After about two hours, my wife called to check on the status and was told they were working on it, so I dropped her off to wait in the lobby. What was unacceptable was hearing the two female front desk employees complaining about my wife to each other because she had called to check on the car instead of waiting for them to call her. There is no excuse for speaking negatively about a customer who was being patient and polite, especially while that customer is sitting in your lobby. We will not be returning.
