  Chris was great! He broke down everything for me to understand what was wrong with my car. He made sure to have my car finished within just 2-3 hours!

  Well, I used them before and they did a great job but this time I told them that I needed new tires because of bad alignment. They went ahead and did the work and charged me for an alignment but never told me that I needed 2 lower control arms, 2 stabilizer links, 1 cv axle n breaks n rotors. So this means that I would need another alignment and that’s another charge. They should have called me first and told me the issues with the car to give me the choice to continue with an alignment etc… Sorry to give this type of review but I can only speak what should have been done!

  I was in town from Georgia for work and lost breaks on 360 during rush hour. Upon further inspection my break-line broke on the back driver side. I called Breaks Plus after 5 other attempts at other shops and they were able to make me appointment for the next day. The next day I showed up about an hour and a half early and they were able to get me right in. They diagnosed the problem, replaced the break line and unfortunately they needed to replace more of the breakline further back. I want to say I arrived at 10:30 and got my truck about at 6:00. Once they fixed the breaks the test drove it and my exhaust fell off (previous work from a different mechanic), they quickly fixed the problem. Since it was an all day ordeal they were able to get me a ride to and from my hotel which was very considerate. Price was more than fair for the work they did and they were very transparent with how they were trying to fix everything and brought me out to the truck to show me the problems. I’m very appreciative for the manager and mechanics that seen that I was in a time crunch and worked to finish my truck. It sucked losing my breaks but I’m glad I lost them were I did and that these folks were able to fix it. Thanks again!

  Super affordable and got my brakes done same day when I originally just planned to come in for an estimate. Super nice staff! Definitely recommend.

  Had a good experience. Had to get my back brakes done. They had to wait for my parts to be delivered. I chose to sit and wait and they were very helpful with everyone that came in. I really appreciate the time they spent explaining everything and consistent check in about my cars progress.
