  AWSOME LOCATION!!! Anytime i have vehicle issues i come to this location and the staff always goes above and beyond . 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

  I had my splash shield falling off from underneath my car and scrapping the road when I drove. Took my car here and they removed it for free! They are all so sweet and helpful. Definitely will return!!!

  These guys were a life saver!! I stopped by as a walk-in less than 2 hours before closing because my check engine light had popped on from my trip from Denver to Houston. With still a 3 hour drive to go in my car, I panicked. I've trusted Brakes Plus in the past and am so so so happy I came to this location! They had my car checked, oils topped off, and my engine light cleared out all before closing. I was able to make it to Houston that night, no troubles! Side note, I also had my dog with me in my panic and they were so nice about letting me bring him into the lobby, even if he is a barking furball of drool. Shout out for sure to this location and it's employees!!!

  Took my car in Saturday for brakes. Chris provided outstanding customer service. My car wasn't ready until over an hour past closing butvhe and the guys stayed late and got it completed. Also provided Lyft back to my home and back again to pick it up. Highly recommend!

  Had an appoint ment and had to cancel that day but rescheduled it for that Saturdat at 1pm. Was just trying to check alignment of truck. I was told that they would not be able to get it done until after 5 pm due to they were just starting with the cars that were there during the morning time. The crazy thing instead of calling me which they had the number, there was no contact at all till I arrived to tell me this. Not only did I waste gas driving up there nor did I get an alignment done and had to go somewhere else. What is even crazier than that, I am a first time customer that was giving them a chance to make more money off of me by bring I ng another car up there once my truck was completed and they lost double the money and more down the line. The location was in Arlington off Madlock. I believe the store is on Eden Rd.
