  I ordered a Trailblazer 200R two weeks prior to grandsons birthday. After about a week i called to see what the status was only to find out it hadn't shipped yet. The reason I am giving it a four star is because the sales rep Paul jumped through hoops to get it to me prior to his birthday. Paul was also very knowledgeable of what I was looking for. I had called the company directly rather than ordering online. I would encourage calling and dealing with Paul. The kart so far is performing just fine.

  Thank you Raymond I received my trike everything was there no dents or scratches in the process of putting it together and I couldn't be happier thanks

  Highly Highly recommend using Arlington Power-sports for this products and customer service… Their customer service I can’t compliment enough!!! I had an issue with my brand new bike that I purchased a day prior (that I personally caused) and Sonny took me under his wing and made it back to new just like that. To me customer service is just as important as the product you are purchasing and they demonstrated both off the charts… Thank you again!!!

  This company does not stand by there terms stated on website. I have tried to work this shipping situation out and they are asking for more money costing thousands more than the loan was for. Be prepared to get scammed. I am now being forced to hire an attorney to end a loan that has never started based on their misinformation and misleading website. STAY AWAY FROM MAKING PURCHASES FROM THIS WEBSITE! TOTAL SCAM.

  Daniella and Arnold went above and beyond to help me with my e-bike brakes. After taking my e-bike to several local bike shops, they all refused to work on my bike. Thankfully, I found Arlington Power Sports. They were willing to look at it and helped me replace my broken brakes and bled them as well. Unfortunately, they did find that my caliper was broken and had to be replaced. They were able to walk me through available options that would work, and I actually ended up getting an upgrade. I went from 180mm brake rotors to 220mm. From the factory, they said those would actually not fit on my bike, but Arnold was able to work his magic to get them to fit. The level of service, patience, and help they showed was just for a service customer who did not buy any bikes from them. I can only imagine the level of service they would have for actual bike purchases. Thanks again for your help Daniella and Arnold.
