Huge warning if you want to buy here! Bad experienced and lose my time for 3 hours First of all, this dealership engages in what feels like false advertising. The advertised price of $9,999 is not the real price you end up paying thousands more. They add close to $4,000 in extra fees, plus an additional “travel package” (or whatever they call it) that costs around another $4,000. None of this is clearly explained upfront. If you try to decline these add-ons, they pressure you heavily. At one point, the manager even told me over the phone that he doesn’t care what I do for a living, that those are the prices, and that’s it. Completely unprofessional. The sellers were rude, dismissive, and at times made me feel uncomfortable due to their behavior and tone. The units themselves were also very dirty, and instead of presenting them properly, they try to charge you extra for cleaning. On top of that, services like preparation or servicing are not included you are expected to pay additional fees for everything. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The pricing lacks transparency, the advertising is misleading, and the customer service is far below what you would expect. A company like this should invest in trained, professional professionals instead of unprepared salespeople. Check the image and please avoid this place!

The team did a great job explaining to me what to expect with purchasing and financing. They took their time working with me and didn’t pressure me to buy. If you’re looking into and/or thinking about pitching an RV, I highly recommend checking them out. 🙏😊

New rules in place apparently. You cannot even LOOK at a camper without letting them take a picture of your driver’s license. Not sure if the legality of that but apparently they are now data farming and collecting drivers licenses…. Just to look. Pathetic. We have tones of camping sales places between El Paso and Las Cruses that are not involved in shady practices like this. Do better Camping World.

I recently visited Camping World to purchase a travel trailer and had what started as a positive experience—until it came time to sign. We negotiated a price on a 2026 Keystone Coleman 13R, and we were paying cash, so the deal should have been straightforward. During the process, the salesperson recommended what they presented as an optional “Let’s Go Camping” package. It was clearly explained as an add-on—not required—and we made our decision based on that understanding. However, when we returned the next day to finalize the purchase, everything changed. We were suddenly told that this “package” was mandatory and had to be included in the deal. That is simply not true. This is not a required fee, and representing it as such is misleading. The package is optional, yet they attempted to reclassify it at signing to force it into the deal. This added nearly $3,000 to the purchase price and completely changed the terms we originally agreed on—despite us being cash buyers with no financing involved. This felt like a clear bait-and-switch tactic: • Present it as optional during negotiation • Then claim it’s mandatory at signing I refused to move forward under those conditions. If something is optional, it should remain optional—not suddenly become “required” once you’re ready to sign paperwork. Transparency matters, especially on a large purchase like this. I strongly recommend that anyone considering buying from Camping World: • Get everything in writing • Confirm what is truly optional vs. not • Review your final numbers carefully before signing Unfortunately, this experience broke my trust and cost them a sale

I am posting this review because my attempts to resolve this issue directly with the dealership have gone nowhere, and I am hoping someone in corporate leadership at Camping World will take a closer look. On October 1, 2025, I purchased a **2018 Airstream Classic 33FB Queen** from the Camping World dealership in Anthony, Texas. During the walk-through/orientation, several issues with the condition of the unit were noted and advised would be repaired. I raised these concerns shortly after the purchase and provided a clear timeline explaining the situation. The responses I received simply repeated that the issue was not covered by the extended service contract because it involved interior window shades. However, this was the same explanation previously given by another employee and did not actually address the core issue I raised about the condition of the unit at the time of sale. I also asked for the matter to be reviewed more carefully by management, but the responses I received indicated that the dealership could not find any written “We Owe” document in their internal file. That does not change the fact that the issue existed prior to the purchase and was brought up promptly after purchase. What is most concerning is the lack of meaningful follow-up. After providing a detailed explanation and timeline, communication from the dealership effectively stopped. Instead of working toward a reasonable solution, the responses have simply reiterated the same explanation without addressing the broader circumstances. At this point, I am exploring formal options such as dispute resolution or small claims because my attempts to resolve this directly have not been taken seriously. However, I would strongly prefer to resolve this matter privately and reasonably. I am asking someone from corporate leadership at Camping World to review this situation and the communication history. I believe a fair review of the facts will show that this situation deserves more attention than it has received so far. If someone from Camping World corporate is willing to look into this matter and contact me, I would welcome the opportunity to resolve it amicably.
