  We came in from Houston with a serious brake problem late on a Saturday. Jeremy and Mike took our car in and identified and fixed the problem quickly. We were so grateful for their help and staying a little late to help us out.

  Honest. I requested an alignment and 30 min later they came back and said I didn’t need one. They showed me the data and explained why. I asked what I owed and they said “nothing”. I will be returning to Brakes Plus in the future. Great customer service.

  I had a great experience working with Jeremy McPherson at Brakes Plus. From the start, Jeremy was professional, honest, and easy to talk to. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my vehicle, what needed immediate attention, and what could wait, which I really appreciated. The work was completed efficiently, and my car has been running smoothly since the service. What stood out most was his transparency and attention to detail, it’s clear he takes pride in doing the job right and making sure customers feel confident and taken care of. I would definitely recommend Jeremy to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy service. Great experience overall!

  Everytime I go to a BrakesPlus I'm always impressed with the level of care they truly put into their work.. They looked over my car and not only informed me of what was wrong, but Tyler helped me out and actually discussed my options with me. Explained not just the pricing but the quality of the parts too.. felt like a better experience than just being handed a bill and being clueless as to what I was even paying for.. 10/10 will be coming back here.. Appreciate it BrakesPlus, will definitely be returning for any other issues that may come up.

  I had an alignment done here 9 months ago. I then installed four brand new tires with 85,000 mile warranties on them. I just took the car to get the tires rotated and they told me they could not rotate them because the inside edge of both front tires was completely worn away and all the belts are showing on the driver's side tire! After Brakes Plus did the alignments there were still a number of specs, that were out of range and showing in the red. When I asked Brakes Plus about it, they told me that, those specs were close enough and it wouldn't hurt anything. Well, they were wrong!! Their alignment was so far off, that's it completely destroyed those brand new tires in less than 15,000 miles! When I came in and told them what happened, they refused to do anything for me! They wanted to charge me for another alignment to fix what they did wrong on the first alignment that destroyed my tires! They should have redone the alignment correctly this time for free and paid for new tires for me since they ruined my tires. But they refused to do anything for me. Later, I checked in the official Ford service manual for the alignment specifications. I found that, in addition to not putting the vehicle into alignment within the specifications, that they had. Several of their specification ranges were completely wrong! The computer system that they are using, has the specifications backwards in it! So, even the specifications that they showed as correct on their sheet, we're not correct! No wonder, it destroyed those tires so quickly! They had toe out instead of toe in on the front end and way too much negative camber! I have had service done at two different Brakes Plus locations, and both times were horrible experiences! Avoid this place! I would definitely not recommend them!!
