A while ago I had one of our wheel bearings on our truck replaced at a different shop that was a terrible experience. So when the other side needed to be replaced we brought it here and our service was top notch! They got us in and out within the same day and explained everything that they did with integrity. Then today, during a routine oil change, we found out there was an issue with the first wheel bearing replacement we had done at that other terrible shop. It was a huge safety concern so we knew we couldn’t drive on it long. Even though it wasn’t their mistake, it was the other shop that didn’t tighten bolts enough, the guys at Brakes Plus in Anna took our truck in a couple hours before closing time, tightened the bolts for us and replaced a missing one, and got our truck back to us before closing time! Not only did they save us the time and headache of going back to that other shop, they got us back on the road SAFELY. If you take your car here, you can trust that it is in the right hands!!
